How does Self Storage work?

Self storage is a simple process:

  • Decide on a storage unit, which our friendly and professional staff will assist you with.
  • Sign a storage agreement, which requires Photo ID and a padlock. When booking your unit, you are required to pay the first month upfront.
  • Book your move in date, which can be done immediately as long as the size you request is available. You will also have access to the small caged trailer for free upon move-in.

 

What size unit do I need?

This is something our reliable staff will be able to help you with. Our staff will show you a wide range of different sized units of which you may choose any size you need.

 

What access do I have?

Our site provides you with 24/7 access, allowing you to come and go any time of the day or night. Our staff are available within office hours which are:

Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Saturdays: 8.00am to 1.00 pm

 

Does Easy Storage sell boxes?

Yes, we are the largest box showroom in Rockingham, and we offer a wide range of boxes, including second hand and industry standard boxes. We also stock a wide range of packing needs, including; packing tape, packing paper, bubble wrap and much more.

 

What payment options are available?

We accept payments via credit, eftpos, cash or direct debit. You can send us your monthly rent through internet banking, or even pop into the office and have a chat and coffee with our friendly staff.

 

Where can I store my vehicle?

We have a range of options for storing your vehicle. Outside parking bays are available year round and we also have larger storage units for storing your vehicle. We have wide driveways, allowing for easy access.

 

How long can I store for?

We offer short and long term storage, ask our staff for a quote.

 

Do I need insurance?

We highly recommend insurance; please ask our staff for monthly quotes. If it is worth storing; it is worth insuring!

 

What do I need to do when I move out?

We require 14 days notice. Once you’ve emptied your storage unit, simply let the staff know and they’ll either arrange a refund cheque or wish you all the best as you move on from Easy Storage.
